(Truckweld), appeals from a Pierce County Superior Court judgment which denied its claim against defendant Carl Olson (Olson), director and sole stockholder of defendant Aztec Enterprises, Inc. (Aztec). The action arose out of a contract for modification and assembly of gravel hauling equipment for defendant Aztec. Olson submits additional issues on cross appeal; we affirm the trial court as to all matters raised.
